Join the Maryland Airport Managers Association

Given the state’s close proximity to Washington, D.C., Maryland airport managers operate airports in the nation’s most complex air space. Navigating security restrictions and keeping our airports operational demands more foresight, adaptability, and knowledge of our managers than anywhere else in the country.

The Maryland Airport Managers Association, Inc. (MAMA) was established in September 1996. The Association has more than 50 members, including general aviation/regional managers of public-use airports in Maryland, consultants and State aviation officials.

EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP: FEE: $100/year

Persons exercising active responsibility for management, general superintendency or administration of a public use airport, as defined in COMAR 11.03.04.02J, who are continuously engaged in such activity as a gainful occupation. Full voting rights.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: FEE: $30/year

Open to members of Authorities, Commissions, City, County, State or Federal Government Agencies, or Boards or other Agencies engaged in the establishment, ownership, administration, operation or management of airports. No voting rights.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP: FEE: $60/year

Open to all public or private corporations, business organizations, or individuals who manufacture or supply any items used by airports or aircraft or who perform any type of service for airports or who publish any periodicals dealing with aviation. No voting rights.
